The Deals team at PWC were on the hunt to attract the best talent, and believed a video would help showcase their expertise but also communicate the vibrant, supportive and dynamic environment that sets PWC apart.
EXECUTION
PWC made it clear they didn’t want a typical, cliché corporate video. We wanted to authentically capture the human energy and spirit of the Deals team, by featuring real stories, career highlights and their unique culture in action. We highlighted the team’s fierce loyalty, passion, and commitment to both their clients and each other. The video emphasised the abundant opportunities for growth and development within the business, showcasing the company as a supportive environment where top talent is not only welcomed but set up for success. This approach ensured that the video resonated with potential candidates on a personal level, making PWC an attractive and compelling choice for their career journey.
