CHALLENGE
The construction industry is not typically seen as a space where men feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable, especially when it comes to mental health and personal hardships. This ultimately contributes to an unhealthy or toxic environment where men feel as though they can’t be their most authentic selves. The boys at LVL Group are on a mission to break these stigmas and create a safe space for a community who don’t normally speak up.
EXECUTION
It was evident from the beginning that LVL Group was so much more than a building company. We wanted to highlight their overarching mission, which wasn’t just to create beautiful homes, but build a beautiful space for their team to thrive personally and professionally. This was a real point of difference in comparison to other building companies, so it was important for us to showcase the culture of their business. We did this by immersing ourselves in their team for a few weeks, capturing the chats, the hugs, and the little moments you don’t typically see on a construction site. It was these moments we believed best conveyed how the boys were creating positive change for men and completely redefining the construction industry.
